I work with people who find it easy to show compassion to others, but struggle to have self-compassion.

They are often helpers, perfectionists, people-pleasers, empaths, highly sensitive people, and overthinkers. 

You may benefit from greater self-compassion if you are:

         Overwhelmed by a harsh inner critic that creates constant anxiety and shame

         Burnt out from always being the helper or making compromises that you don’t want to make

         Frustrated that self-doubt, perfectionism, or overwhelm get in the way of achieving your goals 

         Disappointed with yourself because you feel you “should” be doing better

I'm here to help you be as kind to yourself as you are to others. 

I have 11 years of experience and specialized training in helping people build more 
self-compassion, self-acceptance, and sense of empowerment to live by your true values (not by other people's expectations!).

I believe that by nurturing these things, you create happiness, peace, and healthy relationships as natural by-products.
